As a Senior and Specialty Move Manager, I provide hands-on,  start-to-finish support tailored to each client’s needs and comfort level. My goal is to make moving easier, calmer, and less overwhelming, reducing stress for seniors and their families by handling the physical, logistical, and emotional aspects of moving.

Although I specialize in helping older adults and individuals with unique needs downsize, relocate, and settle into their next chapter., my services are available for clients of all ages.

Decluttering

• Personalized planning session to understand goals, timelines, and any emotional or physical limitations.
• Room-by-room decluttering so the process feels organized and manageable, not overwhelming.
• Hands-on sorting assistance, working side-by-side to help decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard.
• Guidance on sentimental items, helping clients honor memories without feeling pressured to keep everything.
• Coordination of donations, including identifying appropriate charities and arranging drop-off or pickup.
• Removal of unwanted items, such as scheduling junk removal or estate clean-outs when needed..

Move Coordinating

• Create a customized move plan and timeline based on your needs and schedule.
• Coordinate and schedule trusted moving companies, junk removal, donation services, cleaners, and storage when needed.
• Oversee moving day to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out requirements for condos, senior communities, and assisted living facilities.

Packing, Unpacking and New Home Setup

• Packing is handled carefully, respectfully, and at a comfortable pace.
• Pack all household items safely and efficiently using proper materials.
• Clearly label boxes so items end up in the right rooms at the new home.
• Take special care with fragile, valuable, and meaningful belongings.
• Unpack boxes and place items where they make the most sense for daily living.
• Set up kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets for ease and accessibility.
• Remove all boxes and used packing supplies.
